Museums Deserve Better Software. We Build It.
Muse is a unified operations platform designed specifically for cultural institutions. We exist because museums, zoos, aquariums, and botanical gardens deserve modern technology that works as hard as the people running them.

Our Story
Built With Museums, For Museums.
For decades, museums have relied on a patchwork of disconnected systems or legacy platforms never designed to work together. The result is fragmented data, operational complexity, and missed growth opportunities. That model has reached its limit.
Muse was created to replace it. One unified platform that powers every revenue stream, every visitor interaction, and every institutional insight. By bringing everything into one place, Muse gives museums a complete view of their audience and the infrastructure to grow sustainably.
As institutions modernize, the market is converging toward platforms that can do it all natively. Muse sits at the center of that shift. We are not building another point solution. We are building the core infrastructure layer for cultural institutions, designed to support museums for the next decade and beyond.
Muse was founded by Travis Fuller, who saw firsthand that museums were being underserved by outdated, disconnected software and set out to build something better. He has been intentional about building a team that shares that conviction. Collectively, the Muse team brings over 75 years of cultural institution experience to every product decision we make.
Today, a new generation of museums is rethinking its technology stack. For those institutions, Muse is the modern standard.
The future of museum operations is unified, data-driven, and visitor-centric. Muse is how institutions get there.
